Ivan Apollonovich Charushin, who had been the architect of the Vyatka Province since 1896, built the Central Hotel building in 1937.
Since 1937 the Central Hotel has been renovated a lot of times, but it has never ceased to accommodate guests of the city.
Central Lenin Street and its location on a hill contribute to the grandeur of the building.
